STARTING NEW SERVICE
If you purchased a property and would like to establish service you must submit a New Service Application along with your ID and proof of ownership such as the Final Settlement Statement or Notarized Grant Deed.
If you are a tenant and would like to establish service you must submit a New Service Application along with a copy of your rental/lease agreement and your ID.
A deposit is required to establish new service. The amount of deposit is based on the size of your water meter and the average monthly bill for the previous year. Please call 909-820-2546 for deposit amounts.
TERMINATING YOUR SERVICE
If you owned the property and it has been sold you must submit a termination form along with either the Final Settlement Statement or the Notarized Transfer of Title.
If you were a tenant at the property you must submit a termination form along with your ID.
